The working principle of the pressure sensor of the air compressor is based on the piezoelectric effect. When subjected to pressure, the piezoelectric material will generate electric charges. By measuring the change of these charges, the pressure can be obtained. Specifically, when the pressure of the air compressor changes, the piezoelectric components inside the pressure sensor will generate a corresponding voltage signal. After being amplified and filtered, the signal can be read by the control system of the air compressor, thus realizing real-time monitoring and control of the pressure of the air compressor.
